I did a cursory review of your 10/22/04 letter conveying 3 commitment changes. Changes 1 and 3 fall within the Office of NRR purview. My cursory review led me to conclude that there is nothing more we need to do until the next time we do a commitment implementation audit on site (see my letter to P. Katz, 12/10/03).
