As requested by the above reference, I have enclosed the 2004 Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) Certifications of Edison International (EIX) and Southern California Edison Company (SCE). I have also enclosed completely updated new Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEPs) of each company. Changes from the Lists of OODEPs previously submitted by EIX and SCE, dated February 24, and February 14, 2004, respectively, are described in the Annex A to each of the enclosed certifications.
Copies of Schedule 13Gs relating to EIX are also enclosed.
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6), we request that the designated information in the enclosed Lists of OODEPs be withheld from public disclosure. The specified information includes birth dates and places and social security numbers of individual directors and officers. Disclosure of this information would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
