Notification of Telephone Call Regarding BREDL Prefiled Testimony This is to notify all parties of a telephone call I received from Diane Curran late this afternoon, in which she stated that because of a family problem today she would not be able to file BREDL's prefiled testimony today, but would file it Monday morning, along with a motion regarding the filing. Ms. Curran indicated that she had spoken to Mr. Wetterhahn, who objected to allowing the late filing, but that she was unable to reach Staff counsel.
As I indicated earlier, I don't plan to be in Monday, so we will likely rule on Ms. Curran's motion Tuesday.
