Pilot Force-on-Force Exercise Documents
Dear Antonio,
I am writing to follow up on an oral request that I made yesterday, for any documents relating to NRC-sponsored force-on-force exercises that were conducted in 2003 at Catawba as part of a pilot program. We learned for the first time yesterday that Catawba was included in the pilot program. Please provide this information as soon as possible.
In addition, please explain why the requested information was not included in the Staff's response to Interrogatory 1 in our first set of discovery requests, which asked the Staff to describe all methods used by the Staff to verify the adequacy of Duke's Security Plan and Security Plan Submittal to protect against the DBT for theft, including exercises, security drills, force-on-force exercises, and computer models; and which asked the Staff to provide documents relevant to its interrogatory responses.
