SUMMARY
- Began month with RXdefueled. Entered Mode 6 on 11/12/04 at 0918. Entered Mode Son 11119104 at 0210. Entered Mode 4 on 11/23/04 at 0516 and entered Mode 3 at 1655. Discovered an anomaly with the safety injection check valves gaskets on 11/24104 and decided to cool the plant to Mode 5 for rework. Entered Mode 4 on 11/24/04 at 1646 and entered Mode 5 at 2130. Ended month in Mode 5.
