In accordance with NRC Generic Letter 97-02, "Revised Contents of the Monthly Operating Report",- and. Unit 1 and 2 Technical Specification 6.9.4, the "Monthly Operating Report" is submitted for Unit 1 and Unit 2 for the month of November, 2004. This information has also been inputted into the INPO Consolidated Data Entry (CDE) System. No regulatory commitments are contained in this submittal.

The Unit began the report period shutdown in Mode 6 during its planned 16th refueling outage. The Unit began to heat up on 11/12/04, entering Mode 4 at 0353 hours0.00409 days <br />0.0981 hours <br />5.83664e-4 weeks <br />1.343165e-4 months <br /> and Mode 3 at 1343 hours0.0155 days <br />0.373 hours <br />0.00222 weeks <br />5.110115e-4 months <br />.
