SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED INDIRECT TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF THE LICENSE OF THE TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT AND THE TROJAN INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION (DOCKET NOS. 50-344 AND 72-17)
The Financial and Regulatory Analysis Section (FRAS) has completed reviewing the application dated June 14, 2004, and the September 29, 2004, and the December 9, 2004, supplemental submittals from Portland General Electric Company (PGE) that describe the proposed sale of PGE to Oregon Electric Utility Company, LLC (OEUC) and the associated indirect transfer of control of PGEs licenses for the Trojan Nuclear Plant and the Trojan Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation to OEUC. The attached Safety Evaluation Report (SER) documents the FRASs findings resulting from the review of these submittals.
