SUBJECT:
HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION, CHANGE TO COMMITMENT INSERVICE LEAK AND HYDROSTATIC TESTING (TAC NO. MC5157)
By letter dated November 23, 2004, PSEG Nuclear, LLC notified the NRC that it was revising two commitments it had made to the NRC in accordance with NEI 99-04, Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitments. These commitments are associated with the status of control rod position during inservice leak and hydrostatic testing. NRC staff discussed the revised commitment during a telephone conference on December 1, 2004. The staff concludes that no further action is required. This closes all actions associated with TAC No. MC5157.
