Dear Mr. Crane:

This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to have a meeting at 1:30 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, December 2, 2004, at the Dresden Station Training Center, 6500 N. Dresden Road, Morris, Illinois. The meeting is open to the public. Meeting attendees will need photo identification and vehicles may be subject to search.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss issues youve identified during the on-going dual unit outage at Dresden, including the cracking observed on the steam dryer on Unit 3, the results of inspection of the steam dryer on Unit 2, and the cracking on the main generator rotors for both Units 2 & 3 at Dresden Station. A proposed agenda for the meeting is attached.
