Gentlemen:
The referenced letter forwarded administrative changes to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-10 and NPF-15 for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 (SONGS-2&3) respectively, and the Safety Evaluation Report prepared by the Staff of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) related to NRC Order EA-03-086.
The purpose of this letter is to provide Southern California Edison's (SCE's) preliminary corrections on the above documents and these are given in the enclosure to this letter.
Note that the enclosure to this letter contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR § 73.2. This transmittal letter may be decontrolled upon separation from its enclosure.
