1By letter dated August 2, 1979 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML021930035), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 39 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-24 for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1.

POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 - CORRECTION TO LICENSE PAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 39 DATED AUGUST 2, 1979 (TAC NO. MC1109)
Dear Mr. Koehl:
By letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission), dated October 23, 2003, Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) requested an amendment to correct the license for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1. The staff has reviewed this request and determined that through an administrative error, paragraphs f and g of License No. DPR-24 were omitted during the issuance of Amendment 391. The staff has further concluded that an amendment to the license is not necessary. This letter transmits an errata to Amendment 39, correcting the administrative error. As discussed with your staff, your request dated October 23, 2003, will therefore not be processed and TAC No. MC1109 will be closed.
Enclosed is the corrected page to the license which re-incorporates the omitted paragraphs.
Specifically, the following two paragraphs are to be reinserted:
f.
The applicable provisions of 10 CFR Part 140 have been satisfied; and g.
The issuance of this license will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public.
