RIVER BEND STATION, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUESTS RBS-ISI-001, RBS-ISI-002, RBS-ISI-003 (TAC NOS. MC1553, 1554 AND 1555)
Dear Mr. Hinnenkamp:
By letter dated December 4, 2003, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted Relief Requests RBS-ISI-001, RBS-ISI-002, and RBS-ISI-003, seeking relief from the requirements of American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, pertaining to volumetric examination of pressure-retaining welds. By letter dated November 17, 2004, Entergy withdrew these relief requests.
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated November 17, 2004, and documents completion of staff review of your requests. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me.
