The plant was at 100% power when Alarm L- 12, "Condenser Pit or Screenhouse High was received followed by L-15 and L-23, "Bus 17/18 Undervoltage" and L-5, "Safeguard Bus Main Breaker Overcurrent Trip". The E-0 immediate actions have been performed. The crew has just entered ES-0.1, "REACTOR TRIP RESPONSE."
