Gentlemen:
Reference (A) (the "Training Order") requires implementation of compensatory measures to improve tactical and firearms proficiency and physical fitness of the security forces at nuclear power reactor facilities including the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3. SCE has now achieved full compliance with the requirements of the Training Order as clarified in reference (B).
