• Note: Any phase imbalance above the trip threshold sensed in the switchyard will result in the PV 1, PV 2, and PV 3 transmission lines isolating. This results in isolation of Hassayampa substation from the Palo Verde Switchyard.

• This design problem is a restart issue being evaluated by the licensee.
