RE: Electronic Copy of Palo Verde Switchyard Voltage In response to your first request, attached is the voltage plot for the June 14th event. I'm sorry I misunderstood your request. In response to the second subject, APS plans to add phase distance and ground over current detection at each of the lower voltage substation connected to the 500 kV grid in APS system. See the attached e-mail from Baj Agrawal for more detail.
Also, attached are e-mails from Salt River Project and Southern California Edison documenting their reviews that they have do not have single points of failures.
