Spray Pond Dredging
Dear Ms. Fields:
This correspondence provides additional information relative to finalized plans for Spray Pond dredging. Desludging with flow driven vacuum devices is scheduled to occur between the hours of D830 to 1630 each day. The decanting process, which pumps water from the settling basin to either the cooling tower blowdown weir or the Spray Pond, will commence at approximately 0500 daily. The duration of this activity is not expected to exceed twelve hours per day. A composite sample will be obtained during this decant cycle, with analyses performed in accordance with conditions specified in your letter dated October 1, 2004.
