Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units I and 2 Response to Request for Administrative Changes Re: Security Plan and Training and Qualifications Plan By letter dated September 30, 2004, Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M),
the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, Facility Operating Licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74, submitted a revised Security Plan for review and approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to comply with NRC Order EA-03-086.
By teleconference held on October 6, 2004, the NRC notified I&M of additional Security Plan provisions which required additional changes to I&M's Security Plan.
The attachment to this letter provides I&M's response to changes identified in the October 6, 2004, teleconference. The enclosure to this letter provides a copy of I&M's Security Plan with changes incorporated from the attachment.
There are no new commitments identified in this submittal.
NOTE: THE ENCLOSURE TO THIS LETTER CONTAIN "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY. UPON SEPARATION OF THE ENCLOSURE, THIS LETTER AND ATTACHMENT ARE "DECONTROLLED".
