Containment Isolation Valves 3.6.3 SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS (continued)
SURVEILLANCE FREQUENCY SR 3.6.3.7 NOTE-This surveillance is not required when the penetration flow path is isolated by a leak tested blank flange.
Perform leakage rate testing for containment purge supply and exhaust and vacuum/pressure relief valves with resilient seals.
24 months AND For containment purge supply and exhaust valves only, within 92 days after opening the valve SR 3.6.3.8 Verify each automatic containment isolation 24 months valve that is not locked, sealed or otherwise secured in position, actuates to the isolation position on an actual or simulated actuation signal.
