ISSUANCE OF EDITORIAL CORRECTIONS - DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PAGES (TAC NOS.
Dear Mr. Crane:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the enclosed editorial correction to the Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS), Units 2 and 3, Technical Specification (TS) page 3.5.1-1, in response to your letter dated October 5, 2004. The correction involves a minor typographical error where the word (Continued) was left out at the bottom right hand corner of the page. Also included is corrected TS page 3.10.3-3 where the word ACTIONS at the top left hand corner of the page was misplaced. These errors were introduced in the TS with the issuance of Amendment Nos. 188/183 and 185/180, respectively, to DNPS Units 2 and 3 operating licenses. The corrections do not alter the meaning of the requirements in the technical specifications, and do not invalidate the conclusions and approval of these amendments. The staffs proposed no significant hazards consideration determination as published in the Federal Register on August 23, 2001 (66 FR 44382) and February 16, 2001 (66 FR 10756) is not affected.
A copy of the corrected TS pages is enclosed.
