By letter dated July 12, 2004 (Ref. 1), General Atomics (GA) submitted its final site-specific plan for complying with the Compensatory Measures (CMs) provided in Enclosure 2 of the Commission's letter dated January 23, 2003 (Ref. 2). Subsequently, GA received your Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) dated August 30, 2004 (Ref. 3) with a requirement to notify you when GA has completed the actions addressed in the CAL. The purpose of this letter is to advise-you that GA has indeed completed all such actions.
