SDC and Coolant Circulation-High Water Level 3.9.4 ACTIONS CONDITION REQUIRED ACTION COMPLETION TIME A. One required SDC loop inoperable or not in operation.
A.1 Initiate action to restore SDC loop to OPERABLE status and operation.
AND A.2 Suspend operations that would cause introduction of coolant into the RCS with boron concentration less than required to meet the boron concentration of LCO 3.9.1.
