9/9/04 Closed Session This is to notify all parties that we will follow the same procedure as last week for tomorrows closed session. Send us your lists of persons who will be attending, as usual, and come to Two White Flint to be escorted to the hearing room.
The Board would also like to ask that the Staff and Duke bring with you security experts who can explain the basic practice of the Staff and Duke with regard to who determines a documents classification when created, who determines who has a need to know, distribution, etc. Also, we would ask both the Staff and Duke to bring with you redacted and unredacted versions of the documents we discussed last week, in that it appears the Board may need to make determinations on those.
Also, of course, bring your calendars.
We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
