O'Connor (NMPNS) to Document Control Desk (NRC) dated August 5, 2004, "Disposition of Requests for Additional Information on the Nine Mile Point Physical Security Plan Previously Identified as Generic Issues" In reference (a), Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC (NMPNS), submitted its revised Physical Security, Safeguards Contingency, and Security Training and Qualification Plan for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station in response to the April 29, 2003 Order revising the design basis threat. In reference (b), we provided a disposition for several industry-generic requests for additional information (RAI), except for those still unresolved at that time. The enclosure to this letter, classified as Safeguards Information, provides our response to those remaining open generic items as well other needed revisions that we have identified during this final phase of the RAI process. Should you have any questions on this matter, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
