Special Nuclear Material Investigation Team Information Request As you know, Vermont Yankee has determined that we are currently unable to verify the location of two small segments of a fuel pin.
As part of our internal investigation we are requesting that anyone who has suggestions, 'urban legends' and so forth pass that material on to the SNM Investigation Team.
You can do that by calling either John Hoffman (ext 3095) or Tom White (ext 5867).
