This responds to your requests for two documents referenced as Enclosures 1 and 2 to a letter from Michael F. Weber, Director, Division of Fuel Cycle Safety and Safeguards, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards to Peter Hastings, Duke Engineering & Services, Inc.
(Mar. 13, 2000). These documents contain classified National Security Information. Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §2.905 (b)(1) and (f), the Staff has determined that you must make your requests to the Board presiding over the instant case. Upon your filing of a request for access to the aforementioned documents with the Board, the Staff will transmit the documents to the Board so that it may make the appropriate determinations under 10 CFR Part 2, Subpart I.
