Dear Mr. Peterson:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that review of your license amendment request dated June 3, 2003, which will allow the auxiliary building pressure boundary to be opened intermittently under administrative controls, in accordance with the Facility Operating Licenses and Technical Specifications for McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, is being deferred until the beginning of fiscal year 2005 (FY05) that starts October 1, 2004.
