Corrected Memorandum and Order Attached is a corrected Memorandum and Order (Confirming July 16, 2004, Bench Ruling Suspending Discovery Proceedings Pending Further Commission Guidance). On page 11 of the order, the word "petitioners" was mistakenly used when "parties" was intended, and this has been corrected in the attached. The printed copy that SECY has sent out will not have this correction, so you may wish to print out a new page 11 to insert into the paper service copy.
