San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 And 3 - Request For Additional Information Regarding Steam Generator Pressure-Low Allowable Value (TAC NOS. MC0200 and MC0201)
Dear Sir or Madam:
Reference (1) was a request by Southern California Edison (SCE) to change the Technical Specification Steam Generator Pressure-Low allowable value from its current value of 729 psia to a revised value of 717 psia. The request was identified as Proposed Change Number (PCN) 545.
By Reference (2), NRC staff requested additional information regarding PCN-545 needed for the staff to continue its review of the proposed change.
SCE is preparing a response to Reference (2) and will be submitting it by December 31, 2004. The response will replace Reference (1) in its entirety, and SCE, therefore, requests that it be withdrawn.
