Security Analysis Request for Additional Information In a submittal dated August 22,2002, and supplemented by letter dated September 12, 2003, Duke Energy Corporation ('Duke") proposed to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications, for facility Operating Licenses DPR-38, DPR-47 and DPR-55 for Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3. In subsequent conference calls and a site visit, the NRC requested additional information to provide more details concerning the Security Analysis of this amendment.
The purpose of this mailing is to provide an addendum to our submittal of July 6, 2004 on the subject material. The attached memorandum contains a commitment which is considered an enhancement to our current physical security arrangement.
The attached informiation contains Safeguards Infonnation and is subject ot 10 CFR 73.21 restrictions.
