On June 21, 2004, Southern California Edison received the SAFEGUARDS ADVISORY FOR OPERATING POWER REACTORS (SA-04-07), dated June 18, 2004, which clarified NRC's expectations from an earlier Advisory and requested information regarding the implementation of recommended actions.
The enclosure to this letter is the approved Abnormal Operating Instruction for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 that is requested by this Safeguards Advisory.
Please treat the enclosure to this letter as 'Official Use Only" and withhold it from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR § 2.390(d)(1).
