S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852-2738 Monthly Operating Report, April 2004, Revision 1 Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit I Ladies and Gentlemen:

Enclosed is a copy of Revision 1 to the Monthly Operating Report for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) for the month of April 2004.

During preparation of the May 2004 Monthly Operating Report, it was discovered that the April 2004 Monthly Operating Report (DBNPS Letter Serial Number 3052) contained errors on the Operating Data Report Form. The previous report did not take into account daylight savings time for the April monthly hours reported and also underreported the Net Electrical Energy numbers.

This revision supersedes the earlier submittal of the April 2004 Monthly Operating Report in its entirety. Because the incorrect data was discovered during the routing of the May 2004 Monthly Operating Report, the corrected data from the April report was utilized for the May report.

Please direct questions to Brian D. Boles, Manager-Plant Engineering, at (419) 321-7302.
