Please confirm that the methodology used in your crack growth calculations is identical to the methodology used for the control element drive mechanism (CEDM) penetration nozzles at ANO-2, which was approved by the NRC. If it is not the same, identify and discuss all of the differences including the justification and the level of conservatism.
