Dear Sir or Madam:

Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) hereby withdraws the referenced license amendment request (LAR). By the referenced LAR, I&M proposed to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74 and request exemptions in support of transition to Framatome ANP, Inc (FANP) as the fuel vendor for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP), Unit I and Unit 2. I&M had contracted with FANP as the CNP fuel vendor and initiated the fuel transition license amendment request. I&M has subsequently contracted with a different fuel vendor to perform these services.
