I am responding on behalf of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to your postcard to the Ocean County Board of Freeholders which was forwarded to Chairman Diaz of the NRC by Mr. Gerry P. Little. You indicated your support for license extension of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS). While the licensee for OCNGS has not yet submitted a formal application to renew the operating license, your comments have been placed as part of the NRC public record on this matter in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System at Accession Number ML041610230.
