LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room O-9B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the status of ASME relief requests and Order relaxation requests for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 (see attached agenda).

CATEGORY*: This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe the meeting and will have the one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR).
