STPNOC identified two minor administrative errors with regard to procedure number and titles in our response to Bulletin 2003-02 (Reference 1).
The response to Item (1)(a) in the referenced letter references procedure OPSP15-RC-0015, Reactor Coolant System Leakage In-Service Leak Test (ISLT). Procedure OPSP15-RC-0015 does not exist. The correct reference should be OPSP15-RC-0001, "Reactor Coolant System Leakage Pressure Test". In the same paragraph, the correct title of OPGP03-ZE-0033 is "RCS Pressure Boundary Inspection for Boric Acid Leaks". The technical content is not affected.
