To discuss the license renewal application for Nine Mile Point Units 1 and 2, that the staff received on May 27, 2004. A proposed agenda for the meeting is attached. Information on the license renewal process is available at http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/licensing/renewal.html the NRC web page.

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
