CYCLE 5 REFUELING OUTAGE (TAC NO. MC1048)
The purpose of this submittal is to provide the metallurgical examination results of the pulled steam generator tube from the WBN Unit 1 Cycle 5 Refueling Outage.
TVA implemented the voltage based alternate repair criteria for ODSCC in accordance with Generic Letter 95-05 in the Unit 1 Cycle 4 Refueling Outage.
Generic Letter 95-05 provides guidance for a program of tube removal for testing and examination.
Section 6.b.a of the Generic Letter provides guidance regarding the information to be provided to NRC when the metallurgical examination of the tube becomes available.
The Enclosure provides the results of that examination in the final report SG-SGDA-04-1 Revision 1, "Steam Generator Pulled Tube Examination," dated March 2004.
