Reactor Events:
An event (50.72(b)(3)(iii)(B)-Unanalyzed Condition) at Davis Besse has been retracted.
The initial notification In January stated that certain plant doors may not be able to withstand pressure created by a main steam line break. The amount of pressure was overestimated, and it was determined that the affected doors (with one exception) would be able to withstand the revised estimated pressure. The equipment operability would not have been challenged In the room with the failed door.
Plant Status:
Branch 1 Dresden:
U2: Full power and quiet.
L3: Full power and quiet. Moisture carryover has returned to Its normal value of 0.03%.
Perry:
Full power. Yesterday, the "A" RPS bus de-energized during a surveillance test.
Fermi:
Full power and quiet.
Quad Cities: Ul: 85% power and quiet.
U2: Full power and quiet. A downpower will start tonight for the outage.
Branch 2 Duane Arnold:
Full power and quiet.
Monticello:

Ul: Full power and quiet.
(.12 Full power and quiet.
Branch 3 Braldwood:
Ul: Full power. Work continues on the RCFCs.
U2. Full power.
Byron:
Ul: Full power. Work on the DC charger slightly Increases risk.
U2: Ditto.
Clinton:
In day 21 of refueling outage, currently in Modetntry into Mode 2 Is expected tomorrow. The drywell close-out will occur toda7 Branch 4 Davis Besse: Mode 3 with NOP/NOT. An 0350 panel meeting Is occurring this morning, and a meeting to brief Mr. Collins, Mr. Dyer, and Mr. Caldwell will occur this afternoon.
