(PEC), submitted a response to the April 29, 2003, NRC security-related Order EA-03-086 for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP). Based on subsequent telephone discussions with the NRC, PEC is providing a revised BSEP Justif cation forAlternatives. The revised BSEP Justifi cation for Alternatives supersedes, in entirety, the content provided in File 007 of the April 29, 2004, response.
