We are reviewing your 1/9/04 application for amendment regarding use of the BWRVIP Integrated Surveillance Program. Our reviewer Lambros Lois has the following question.

In the analysis section, regarding neutron fluence methodology compatibility, you conclude that using an NRC-approved methodology satisfies the BWRVIP conditions. Are you referring to BWRVIP-86-A, "BWR Vessel and Internals Project Updated BWR Integrated Surveillance Program (ISP) Implementation Plan," Section 4.2, Condition 2 (page B-16)? This document addresses the possibility of surveillance data sharing when more than one methodology may be employed. In this context, please supplement your application.
