Dear Mr. Jones:
Enclosed is the subject report for the January 13, 2004, partial participation plume exposure pathway exercise of the offsite radiological emergency response plans site-specific to the Oconee Nuclear Power Plant. There were no deficiencies or Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified during the exercise.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
