Dear Mr. Nazar:
This letter confirms the discussion between our staffs to have a Public Meeting on May 12, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, at the Lincoln Charter Township Hall, 2055 W. John Beers Road, Stevensville, MI.
The purpose of this meeting is to present the results of the NRCs review of two White performance indicators conducted in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95002 and to discuss D. C. Cook plant performance.
The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to speak with the NRC after the licensee presentation and followup discussions are completed, but before the meeting is adjourned.
I will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
