equest re. Oyster Creek Documents e'r-4 We are not distinguishing among the contents of the PSAR and FSAR. There is no way to pull out the plant drawings from microfiche nor Is It practical for the PDR staff to disassemble an FSAR. So our our avenue seems to be to make the entire document not publicly available.
