Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy hereby withdraws the referenced request for NRC approval of engineering evaluation of elevated safety relief valves' discharge pipe temperatures that was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90 and Pilgrim Station Technical Specification 3.6.D.4. NRC approval is not required since Pilgrim repaired the main steam safety relief valves RV-203-3A and RV-203-3D during the March 22, 2004 outage.
There are no commitments contained in this letter.
