Could you please clarify paragraph 2 of your March 30, 2004 Order (at p. 1)? Paragraph 2 of the Order calls for the filing of objections to the first round of written discovery requests on April 8, 2004. However, this date appears inconsistent with the dates for such objections that were agreed upon during last weeks conference call. See TR. 1561-62. Counsel for Duke Energy Corporation understood the schedule for such objections to be Friday, April 2, 2004, which would allow consideration of the objection (if any) during the April 6, 2004 conference call. Thank you.
