Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Fourth-10 Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program The Fourth 10-Year Inservice Inspection Interval for Turkey Point Unit 3 begins on February 22, 2004 and ends on February 21, 2014, and for Unit 4 begins on April 15, 2004 and ends on April 14 2014.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(g)(4)(ii) the enclosed program outlines the ISI program, plan and schedule for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 based on the requirements of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, 1998 Edition with Addenda though 2000. provides a copy of the ISI program. Relief Requests 1 and 2 associated with the Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Fourth 10-Year Interval ISI program are submitted herein for your review and approval. The Relief Requests are presented in Appendix B of Enclosure 1.

The Fourth 10 year Interval Risk Informed Inservice Inspection Program Relief Requests for Units 3 and 4 for Class 1 piping welds will be submitted for your review under a different correspondence.

Enclosures 2 and 3 contain the Turkey Point Unit 3 and Unit 4 Inspection Plan and Schedule, respectively.
