McGuire Nuclear Station - Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-369, 50-370 Reply to a Notice of Violation dated February 3, 2004 NRC Inspection Report 05000369, 370/2003008 Duke Energy Corporation (DEC) is in receipt of the referenced NRC Inspection Report. In accordance with the request on February 25, 2004 by Jeff Thomas to Mr. Wade Loo, NRC Region II, the date for Duke's response was extended by agreement to March 18, 2004.
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201, DEC's response to the violation is being provided in the attachment Questions regarding this response should be directed to Kay Crane, McGuire Regulatory Complianc 704-875-4306.
