By letter dated June 4, 2002 (PY-CEI/NRR-2627L), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) was requested to review and approve a proposed license amendment for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) to revise the PNPP Reactor Coolant System (RCS)
Pressure/Temperature (PIT) limit curves specified in Technical Specification 3.4.11, 'RCS Pressure and Temperature (PIT) Limits." Pursuant to this license amendment request, the NRC approved Amendment 127 on April 29, 2003 (TAC NO. MB6061). In the license amendment request letter, the PNPP staff stated that the Reactor Vessel Integrity Database (RVID) would be updated upon approval of the license amendment. Based on discussions between the PNPP and NRC staffs, it was determined that a PNPP RVID update is not required. The NRC staff indicated that the information needed for the update was contained in the original PNPP license amendment submittal.
